Dedicated in March 2000, Hope Center has been established as a meeting place to better equip the church and community leaders of the area surrounding Cap-Haitien, Haiti.
Have you ever thought what it might feel like to be a teen who has no hope for an education or the possibility of learning a skill; or a mother who is unable to feed her children properly no matter how hard she works farming a meager plot of land; or a farmer who is curious about using new seeds and growing a more varied diet but isn't quite sure how to go about it; or a preacher who has no opportunity to continue to learn and grow with other preachers?
Our Haitian brothers and sisters are confronted daily by such challenges. Our desire is that Hope Center will be a place where youth, parents, farmers, church leaders and preachers can become better equipped to face the challenges of daily life victoriously. The center serves and will serve as a meeting place where both formal and informal education takes place.
